Welcome to Episode 1 of the Freedom Project Podcast—a new conversation space rooted in the belief that real health is never just physical. It’s spiritual, mental, emotional, relational, and even financial—and all of it is connected.

In this kickoff episode, Blake and Kaleigh introduce the “why” behind the show and share their personal journeys that led them here.
